All returns require a Return Authorization. Please call (678)341-0692 or email email@example.com before returning anything.
Packages received without Return Authorization will be refused.
- We must receive your return within 14 calendar days after ship date in brand new condition with all tags attached. If your return is missing the original packaging, if the tags have been removed or if it looks or smells worn it will be sent back to you. ***No returns or exchanges after 14 days from the ship date.***
The best way to avoid the hassle of a return is to ask questions. Contact us for help with sizing, etc.
- Due to health regulations, we are unable to accept returns on any article of clothing that touches your crotch, such as one-piece items (like a teddy or bodystocking), panties, pantyhose, pants, leggings and mens underwear. (For corsets, babydolls, etc. that include a g-string we assume you are only trying on the main garment so this would not apply to those returns.)
- Costumes (including masks) are not refundable, exchanges allowed for size only on costumes.
Wigs can not be returned or exchanged.
Leather and Vinyl can not be refunded, size exchange allowed with $10 restocking fee.
- Specials/Clearance/Sales can not be returned or exchanged. All sales final on items marked down from original price.
- Waist Trainers that have been tried on and stretched out of it's original shape will be charged a $10 restocking fee for both returns and exchanges. Please check the size chart carefully and ask questions before ordering.
- Swimwear is not returnable under any circumstances. All sales final.
Products purchased using a Gift Certificate are only exchangable. No cash refunds will be given for the Gift Certificate portion of the order.
You are responsible for getting your unwanted items back to us. Please include a copy of your original packing slip or any other information we may need to credit the proper account. Be sure to let us know if you would like an exchange or a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable. We highly recommend using a method that provides a tracking number and insurance as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
- Please be aware if your returned item is not in perfect resalable condition it will be sent back to you.
- We reserve the right to close your account if (in our opinion) you have excessive returns.
